Web Advisory Council
The Web Advisory Council will play an instrumental role during the migration of college and business unit websites into the new templates. Specifically, this group is charged with:
- Representing the colleges and main units of the University;
- Acting as a single point of contact for their area;
- Identifying and documenting content editors/web support staff in their colleges or units;
- Reviewing, approving, and/or recommending changes to the migration timeline and resolving critical path issues;
- Recommending changes and adjustments to the ITS offering for web support and management;
- Recommending changes and adjustments to the suite of web templates;
- Communicating to their colleges and units regarding web management and migration.
